A Dublin face-off
Lisa Marie Griffith
St Michan's park
A crazy story from the 18th century in Dublin featuring a man with half a face, a huge riot, and violent prisoners spreading chaos across the city. Oddly enough the scene of the riot is now a peaceful playground. The story is told by Lisa Marie Griffith, an historian who also works in oral history at the National Print Museum
